The Inside Sales Representative & Events Specialist is responsible for driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for the full product portfolio of Branch Distributions products. Desire to develop and maintain relationships with assigned account base to reach sales and market share goals weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. Responsible for seeking and developing new partnerships through events and in-house sales communications.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Build booth from scratch based on Marketing concept
  • Coordinate with Boardriders trade show logistics team for all trade show locations
  • Assemble booth at trade shows
  • Assist sales in account management at trade shows
  • Support sales in sales events and biannual sales meetings
  • Manage logistics for and set up any activations at core skate events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain list of current and prospective customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales targets
  • Support outside sales reps and sales agencies to maximize territory sales results. Work with reps and sales agency to create demand, develop/execute strategy, and successfully close orders
  • Participate in joint sales calls and training; attend local, regional and/or national trade shows and association meetings
  • Maintain excellent industry/territory knowledge by reviewing and understanding market data
  • Work with sales manager to adapt to change in marketplace
  • Maintain and utilize sales tool for sales reporting and to communicate sales activities
  • Ensure proper customers and partners are adequately trained on new and existing products
  • Manage and communicate sell through to sales manager
  • Supply reports when required on assigned account base
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all product offerings and has the ability to communicate and sell these products to customers. Ability to train channel partners and end users on product offerings
  • Support account base initiatives to maximize sales results. Coordinate with account base to create demand, develop/execute strategy, and successfully close orders
  • Support domestic marketing initiatives with accounts and possible ream rides
  • Be a team player and a solo player when needed
  • Support marketing events in planning and execution stages
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of what the competition is doing


  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years skate and/or sales industry experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Thorough working knowledge of the Skateboard/Action Sports industry
  • Awareness of specialty retail environment
