We currently have exciting opportunities for an Assistant Manager, Supervisors and full-time and part-time Sales Associates to join our retail team.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • SALES ASSOCIATES:
  • As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional customer and sales service while following all policies and procedures.
  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations and supports our customer service and Gold Star Selling program
  • Using best judgment in all customer service matters
  • Demonstrating urgency to assist customers, stopping tasks to focus on service
  • Displaying natural enthusiasm when talking to customers
  • Demonstrating initiative in seeking out tasks when not assisting customers
  • Ensuring work area is clean, organized and safe for customers and employees
  • Working in a safe manner and following all safety practices
  • Processing shipments as required
  • Accurately following all merchandise placement instructions
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
  • Protect company assets by demonstrating and complying with all loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Covering assigned zone and communicate with supervisor whenever leaving the zone
  • Reporting suspected or known theft to supervisor immediately
  • ASSISTANT MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE AND:
  • As an Assistant Manager or Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for partnering with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets while providing superior customer service. These positions are also responsible for developing talent within the store and ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Providing an exceptional experience to our customers and ensuring Sales Associates do the same
  • Assisting in the management and supervision of Sales Associates
  • Assuming store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager Communicating performance goals and standards
  • Assist with recruitment and selection
  • Assist in ensuring training and coaching is delivered and completed
  • Regularly give coaching feedback to Sales Associates
  • Assist in administering employee discipline in a fair and consistent manner
  • Assist in tracking and managing labor hours
  • Ensuring company assets are protected by enforcing loss prevention practices
  • Executing visual presentation standards and promotional event set ups as required
  • Ensuring all employees are working safely and following established safety best practices

Requirements:

  • Sales Associates:
  • Previous customer service experience (ideally in a retail environment) preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • A passion for our brands and the lifestyle they represent
  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds, with assistance, occasionally
  • Ability to work on the store sales floor for extended periods – 95% or more of assigned shift
  • Ability to communicate through oral interactions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assistant Manager & Supervisors:
  • 1-2 years previous customer service oriented experience
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail supervisory/management role
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • A passion for our brands and the lifestyle they represent
  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds, with assistance, occasionally
  • Ability to operate cash register and fold and display merchandise
  • Ability to work on the store sales floor for extended periods – 95% or more of assigned shift
  • Excellent communication skills.
